Refill Your Favourites

At Scents Journey, we believe the scents you love should be enjoyed again and again. That’s why we offer our Refill Service across our most-loved collections, giving your favourite vessels a second life while helping reduce waste.

Bring back your clean, empty candle (any size), reed diffuser, room & linen mist, or diffuser oil bottle, and we'll refill it with your favourite scent, or help you discover a new one from any of our collections.

As a thank you for choosing to refill, you'll receive $5 off each refill item.

Simply drop your empty vessel at our Port Douglas store or visit us every Sunday at the Port Douglas Markets. We prepare refills each week and will send you a text as soon as your order is ready to collect, usually within 7 days.

To help us prepare your refill, please return your vessels clean and ready to be refilled. If additional cleaning is required, a small $2 cleaning fee per vessel will apply.

Not in Port Douglas? No worries. Simply send us an email and we’ll provide instructions on how to send your vessels to us for refilling. You’ll receive the same saving, plus free shipping Australia-wide when your total order is over $150.
